- Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer needs to uncover and size new opportunities within the pressure and force sensing space.
- Support the development and implementation of plans to maximize revenue and profitability for existing products from product introduction, growth, maturity, decline, and end of life within the pressure and force portfolio.
- Monitor product performance (revenue, margin, share) and recommend actions to improve business outcomes.
- Work with sales, marketing, engineering, and operations to support product launches, develop sales enablement tools, and ensure successful execution.
- Gather insights through sales teams, customer interactions, and market data to inform product direction.
- Support due diligence and portfolio assessments for potential acquisitions and adjacent market opportunities.
What you'll learn
- How to manage and grow a technical product portfolio in an industrial market
- Pricing strategy, margin management, and commercial decision-making
- How to evaluate new markets and acquisition opportunities

- Working cross-functionally to bring products to market
Requirements

- 2–3 years of experience in product management, technical sales, business analysis, or similar roles (industrial or technical products preferred)

- Ability to work with ambiguity and turn data into actionable insights
- Strong intellectual curiosity and willingness to challenge assumptions
- Intellectual curiosity and a bias toward learning and ownership
- Proficiency with ai tools (chatgpt, claude, etc.)
- Basic understanding of product development processes
- Willingness to travel (~10–25%)
Salary description $70,000 - $100,000
