Manager, Business

For our client, we are seeking a Manager to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a Business Services environment.

Location:

Chicago, IL - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $212,000 - $232,000 annually

• Lead client engagements and project management
• Manage multiple work streams to ensure effective delivery
• Develop evidence-based recommendations for complex challenges
• Translate client needs into actionable work plans and deliverables
• Oversee case team management and development
• Directly lead smaller cases and work streams with managerial guidance
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Present insights confidently to stakeholders
• Support business development alongside senior leadership

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years of consulting experience
• Proficiency in utilizing a broad consulting toolkit
• Strong analytical, numerical, and communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership and teamwork capabilities
• Ability to operate in fast-paced, dynamic environments
• Strong attention to detail and high-quality output
