Senior Product Manager - Dental

I'm currently partnering with a well-established global dental manufacturer that is looking to appoint a Senior Product Manager to join its growing Product Management team based in Chicago. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced upstream product professional to shape the future of an innovative dental portfolio, leading new product development, defining product strategy, and bringing new solutions to market on a global scale.

You'll play a key role in:

• Developing global product strategy and long-term product roadmaps
• Leading upstream product management and new product development initiatives
• Identifying market opportunities, customer needs, and portfolio gaps
• Partnering with engineering, R&D, sales, manufacturing, and global marketing teams
• Driving successful product launches and lifecycle management
• Working closely with KOLs, customers, and cross-functional teams to shape future innovations

• 10+ years of product management experience, including significant upstream marketing responsibility

• Experience managing products throughout the full product lifecycle

• Strong background within dental, medical devices, or healthcare technology

• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and bringing innovative products to market

• Excellent commercial acumen with the ability to translate market insights into winning product strategies

• Based in, or willing to relocate to, the Chicago area (hybrid/on-site)
