Pipeline Opportunity – Future Consulting Engagements This position is part of a pipeline requisition created to identify and engage qualified consultants for anticipated, upcoming client work. While there is not an immediate assignment available, we are actively building a pool of talent for future Mid-Level Project Managers to Operations needs. Candidates selected through this process may be contacted as opportunities become available.
In this role, you will:
- Analyze and document current-state business processes, workflows, and operating procedures.
- Identify process inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Facilitate process discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews.
- Develop future-state process designs, process maps, and business requirements.
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to implement process improvements.
- Establish KPIs, metrics, and reporting to measure process effectiveness.
- Conduct root cause analysis and recommend solutions to improve productivity and quality.
- Support change management and user adoption activities for new processes.
- Ensure process documentation is maintained and aligned with governance standards.
- Participate in Agile project teams and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Who You Are:
- 3–7 years of experience in Process Analysis, Business Analysis, Continuous Improvement, or related roles.
- Strong experience with process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, Signavio, or similar).
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Business Process Management (BPM), or Operational Excellence methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to influence stakeholders across multiple business functions.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience supporting enterprise transformation, ERP, HRIS, Service Now, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Agile/Scrum experience.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or related certification.
- Consulting or process improvement experience.
