Pharvaris is a late-stage biopharmaceutical company developing novel oral bradykinin B2 receptor antagonists to address various forms of bradykinin‑mediated angioedema. By targeting this clinically proven therapeutic target with innovative oral small molecules, the Pharvaris team is creating new alternatives to injected therapies for preventing and treating hereditary angioedema (HAE) attacks, as well as other indications related to bradykinin B2 receptor mediation.
HAE is a rare and potentially life‑threatening genetic disorder in which patients may experience sudden and prolonged swelling attacks in various parts of the body, including the airway, which can be dangerous.
At Pharvaris, we promote and support a flexible hybrid work environment, allowing our employees to choose where (and somewhat when) they prefer to work. While this is a remote/hybrid role, candidates must be based within their zone geography.
