Consulting Position

Executive Support:
Assist lead consultants with strategic projects. Prepare briefings, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Project Management:
Lead and coordinate key projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with the firm's goals. Support project teams and manage resources effectively.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders. Facilitate communication and collaboration across various levels of the organization.
Research and Analysis:
Conduct in-depth research and analysis to support strategic initiatives. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to the CEO.
Operational Excellence:
Develop and implement processes to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelors or Masters degree in social sciences, Public Administration, or a related field. Masters degree desirable.
Experience:
3-5 years of experience in management consulting or philanthropic/nonprofit leadership roles. Proven record of managing complex projects and supporting senior executives.
Skills:
Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with project management tools. Attributes:
Strong leadership qualities, proactive and adaptable mindset, and a passion for social impact and equity. Technical Proficiency:
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general technology agility to learn additional platforms quickly. Communication:
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Group facilitation skills a plus. Cultural
