About the RoleBeyond Finance is seeking a driven Strategy & Operations Associate to join our dynamic Strategy & Operations team. Acting as an internal strategy and implementation group, we partner directly with the Executive Team to lead high‑impact, cross‑functional initiatives. From uncovering insights to driving execution, we play a critical role in shaping the direction of the business.
We're looking for someone who brings strategic thinking, analytical horsepower, and a passion for operational excellence. The ideal candidate thrives in fast‑paced environments, enjoys solving complex problems, and is eager to roll up their sleeves to deliver real results.
What You’ll Do- Leading end‑to‑end initiatives focused on new growth opportunities, process improvements, and enhancing the customer experience—from initial assessment through to execution and measurable impact
- Conducting rigorous financial and strategic analyses to identify, prioritize, and evaluate key business opportunities
- Managing a roadmap of operational enhancements that reduce risk, increase efficiency, and unlock new capabilities
- Collaborating across departments and business units to develop and implement impactful solutions
- Building and maintaining operational dashboards and reporting tools to track performance and deliver actionable insights on key metrics and KPIs
- Proactively identifying areas for improvement and driving initiatives that move the needle
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA a plus but not required
- 2+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, strategy, or at a high‑growth startup
- Proven ability to execute strategic and operational initiatives with measurable results
- Strong grasp of financial and business fundamentals
- Analytical and detail‑oriented mindset with a knack for problem‑solving
- Advanced Excel skills and experience building financial models
- A proactive, hands‑on approach and the flexibility to adapt in a fast‑changing environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel occasionally
$80,000 – $115,000 USD annually.
This role is eligible for additional incentives, including an annual bonus.
