Strategic Pursuit Leader

NTT DATA seeks a Strategic Pursuit Leader to drive large, complex IT and digital transformation deals. You will own end-to-end pursuit strategy, from qualification through contract, partnering with sales, solution, and finance teams to shape winning proposals for global clients. Responsibilities include leading cross-functional pursuit teams, developing competitive value propositions, overseeing RFP responses, pricing and commercial structures, and executive presentations. You'll leverage NTT DATA's global capabilities to craft innovative solutions that address client business outcomes while managing risk, margin, and governance in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategy and execution for large, complex IT and digital transformation pursuits
• Partner with sales, solution, finance, and delivery teams to shape compelling, differentiated value propositions
• Own RFP/RFI response management, including timelines, content quality, and compliance
• Develop pricing, commercial structures, and deal constructs that balance competitiveness with margin and risk
• Prepare and deliver executive-level client presentations and orals
• Lead internal governance reviews, approvals, and risk assessments for large deals
• Analyze client needs, market trends, and competitors to refine pursuit strategies
• Coordinate global, cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and on-time deliverables
• Maintain a robust pipeline of strategic pursuits and report status to leadership
• Continuously improve pursuit best practices, tools, and templates
