- Drive the strategy and roadmap for critical B2B digital products and experiences
- Partner with stakeholders across the business to solve meaningful customer problems
- Deliver products that create measurable value for customers, partners, and Les Mills
- Translate business objectives into product plans.
- Lead prioritization and roadmap decisions.
- Manage dependencies, risks, and trade-offs.
You thrive at the intersection of customer needs, business priorities, and technology. Working closely with business leaders, delivery teams, and customers, you will define product strategy, shape roadmaps, and lead prioritisation decisions that drive business growth and customer outcomes.

- A track record of customer discovery and insight-driven product decisions
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Experience defining success metrics and business outcomes
- Confidence presenting recommendations and product performance to senior leaders
- A data-informed mindset with a passion for customer value
- Experience in fitness, health, wellness, membership, or subscription-based businesses.
- Experience leading products with B2B and B2B2C customer models.
- 7-10+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Strategy, or Digital Product Leadership.
- Proven experience defining product strategy and delivering digital products from concept through launch.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience influencing senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Experience balancing customer needs, business objectives, and technical constraints when making prioritization decisions.
- Demonstrated success delivering measurable business and customer outcomes.
