Director of Special Projects

Reporting directly to the Deputy Treasurers, the Director of Special/Strategic Projects primarily supports the office by managing and directing communications and public relations strategies for outreach events. This individual will represent the Cook County Treasurer Office in public events, supervises outreach staff and seasonal members of the department, manages and direct internal and external institutional and community events to promote Cook County Treasurer’s programs.

The Director of Special/Strategic Projects will be tasked with drafting, implementing, and executing other property tax related projects as directed. The individual may will aid in policy tasks and research studies as necessary.
