Constellation Brands seeks a Product Manager, Revenue Growth Management to drive profitable growth across beer, wine, and spirits. You will own RGM product roadmaps, turning consumer, sales, and pricing insights into solutions that optimize revenue, pack-price architecture, promotions, and trade strategy. Partner with sales, finance, marketing, and supply to prioritize features, run pilots, and scale tools across markets. You'll define KPIs, analyze performance, and continuously refine products in a fast-paced, data-driven, and highly collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead roadmap and delivery of revenue growth management products and tools
- Translate consumer, pricing, and sales insights into product features that drive revenue
- Partner with sales, finance, marketing, and supply chain to align on priorities and adoption
- Design and execute pilots, measuring impact on revenue, margin, and trade efficiency
- Analyze pack-price architecture, promotions, and trade investments to identify opportunities
- Define KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to track product performance
- Use agile methods to manage backlogs, sprints, and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with data and IT teams to ensure data quality and system integration
- Communicate product vision, updates, and results to senior stakeholders
- Champion a test-and-learn culture focused on profitable, sustainable growth
