Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field. 1–2 years of experience in a Business Analyst or Business Support/Admin role. Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work in a structured, fast-paced environment. Problem-solving and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint). Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
