Are you curious about how premium products are developed, positioned, and brought to market? As a Sales Product Intern
, you will play a meaningful role supporting high-visibility product initiatives within Worldwide Sales. This internship offers the opportunity to work on strategic projects that influence product adoption, sales enablement, customer experiences, and business operations.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across Sales, Premium Services, Contact Centers, Digital Technology, Brand, and Creative Services to help drive product education, operational improvements, customer insights, and business intelligence initiatives. This role provides a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on product management experience while developing relationships with business leaders and stakeholders across the organization.

As a Sales Product Intern, you may support projects in the following areas:

• Support product positioning initiatives and sales education programs.
• Identify knowledge gaps and help develop training materials, informational sessions, and resources for sales teams.
• Organize, standardize, and improve product collateral and documentation.
• Analyze traveler and account data to uncover insights, trends, and opportunities for improvement.

• Assist with annual gift strategy, design coordination, project management, and program execution.
• Research and evaluate potential enhancements to Executive Circle benefits.
• Gather and analyze relevant data to support recommendations and business cases.
• Help communicate and position new program benefits to internal stakeholders.

• Support business intelligence (BI) automation initiatives and reporting enhancements.
• Assist with data migration, dashboard development, and reporting process improvements.
• Help identify opportunities to increase efficiency through automation and technology solutions.

• Analyze existing workflows and document key business processes.
