Premiere Systems specializes in A/V, lighting, shading, automation, and networks. We are expanding our operations team and seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support our Project Managers and field teams throughout the lifecycle of projects. This role is heavily focused on coordination, communication, organization, and helping projects stay on track behind the scenes.

• Support Project Managers with administrative and operational project tasks.
• Assist with scheduling, documentation, purchase orders, and project updates.
• Coordinate communication between customers, trades, vendors, and internal teams.
• Help track timelines, materials, and project progress.
• Attend project meetings and assist with follow-up items and notes.
• Ensure project information is organized and up to date within company systems.

• 2+ years of experience in administrative support, coordination, operations, or the A/V industry preferred.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Positive attitude, team-player mindset, and willingness to learn.
