WHO YOU AREYou are pursuing a bachelor’s degree at an accredited college/university with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and Summer 2028

Preferred majors include Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, Economics You have a minimum GPA of 3.0

You are curious about financial markets and interested in learning more about the financial services industry

You have some knowledge of Product Management, UX Design, Data Science, Research, Statistics, Analytics, and/or Data Platforms, usually acquired through coursework or prior related experience, and are curious to learn more

You have proven analytical, data interpretation, problem-solving, critical and strategic thinking skills through coursework and/or previous internship experience

You have demonstrated leadership and teamwork through projects and extracurricular involvement WHAT YOU’LL DOAs an intern at Northern Trust, you will spend ten weeks building relevant skills, working on meaningful projects, and participating in a collaborative program designed to support your early career development. You will work directly with your team on day-to-day tasks while joining weekly program events to develop new skills, network with senior leaders and connect with your intern cohort.

A recruiter will work with you to determine the best team placement given your interests, skill set and relevant experience.

Complete, compile and present a high-quality summary of findings and recommendations for review in a concise and professional manner

Run, create and analyze reports

Support Wealth Management teams in various projects
