Apex is seeking a Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support Business Readiness activities as part of release management planning across multiple work streams. The Analyst will support planning for modernization efforts for digital client onboarding for both Investment Services and Wealth Management business lines. The candidate should be able to understand the digital product(s), business lines and users impacted by the changes part of the release(s).

The Consultant will have the ability to translate and interpret the business requirements to both the technical development team and leverage related details for preparing materials for use by the business in planning for the release (e.g. test scripts, release announcements, user materials etc.) The Consultant should also be an exceptional communicator and be at ease & engaging working with business.

Responsibilities:

• Will be able to write test scripts for the release and manage releases by tracking the work on how many tests are supposed to be completed weekly.
• Leading and/or assisting UAT coordination and testing needs.
• Drafting communication to system users about upcoming releases, user guides, write stories and related information.
• Interpret user stories and pull the information to assemble.
• Light User Story creation; not needing to dive into great technical detail but maybe some other smaller development needs.
• Able to demonstrate new system development/changes to system users.
• Assist in writing test scripts for stories written by this candidate as well as others.
• Assist in hybrid skill set manage releases for the team and write user stories.
