- Prioritize and respond to quote requests submitted through Salesforce within 24 hours, which includes:
- Pulling all relevant cost and “like-product” sales data in support of developing a quote
- Re-quote expired quotes as needed
- Escalate where needed
- Support the Director Pricing:
- Pulling data for large RFP submissions and contract renewal price negotiations
- Customer base price changes (increases and decreases) including notifications and updates of the pricing system
- Maintenance of pricing data, contracts, tools and dashboards in our internal systems:
- Ability to understand market indices which support price change calculations
- Perform updates to the pricing grid triggered by concessions
- Update prices in internal price quoting module in Salesforce
- Participate in continuous process improvement projects including performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on processes and tools
- Special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or other related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Salesforce preferred.
- Previous experience in Manufacturing or with a blown film, cast film or printing company is considered a plus.
- Strong financial background is considered a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
- Must respect and maintain confidentiality of data.
