As a Consultant in our Supply Chain Strategy practice, you’ll work at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and real-world execution. You’ll tackle complex business challenges, dig into data to uncover what’s really happening, develop solutions with your clients, and stay close enough to implementation to see your ideas come to life.

You’ll work alongside experienced consultants and clientleaders, gain exposure to different industries and business models, and buildthe skills to become a trusted advisor to some of the world’s most recognizable companies.

You’ll have the opportunity to:

• Solve complex business challenges by leading and supporting client engagements focused on supply chain strategy, operations improvement, and transformation.
• Turndata into insights by analyzing performance, identifying opportunities, and uncovering the root causes behind operational challenges.
• Think strategically and practically by developing recommendations that don’tjust look good on paper, but can actually work in the real world.
• Lead client discovery workshops to identify high-impact artificial intelligence(AI) use cases, translating complex business challenges into actionable, end-to-end AI implementation roadmaps.
• Leverage internally developed AI tools and software to accelerate your own workflows and drive value for both our clients and GEP.
• Work directly with clients and collaborate with cross-functional teams tobuild solutions and drive sustainable change.
• Seeyour ideas in action by staying connected to implementation and helping clients turn strategy into measurable results.
• Buildyour consulting toolkit by applying supply chain frameworks,analytical approaches, and industry best practices.
• Helpgrow the business by contributing to proposals, developing client relationships, and identifying opportunities to create additional value.
• Learnand lead by mentoring newer consultants while continuing to grow yourown consulting and leadership skills.

We’re looking for people who are curious, analytical,collaborative, and energized by solving problems. You’ll bring:

• An MBAor Master’s degree, preferably in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering,or a related field.
• 1–3years of relevant experience, ideally in supply chain consulting or asimilar analytical environment.
• Astrong interest in supply chain strategy, operations, and business transformation.
• The ability to analyze data, connect the dots, and turn complex information into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to work with clients andcross-functional teams.
• Awillingness to travel as needed.
