As a Product Manager on the Risk Anti‑ Money Laundering Product team, you’ll:

• Build on a Critical Platform: Deliver value by launching new features for a critical Anti‑Money Laundering platform that ensures compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Work on a Product Trio: Partner with other disciplines like Data and Tech to deliver value aligned to a shared team mission and vision.
• Leverage AI Tools: Accelerate your product discovery, prototyping and delivery with the use of several different AI tools in your daily workflow.
• Drive Transformation: Develop your roadmap and play a central role in a multi‑year, company‑wide effort to transform Enterprise Risk Management through innovation.

• Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing OR Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 4 years of Product Management experience.

• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

The minimum and maximum full‑time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part‑time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

McLean, VA: $200,700 - $229,100 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management; $164,800 - $188,100 for Manager, Product Management

New York, NY: $219,000 - $249,900 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management; $179,700 - $205,100 for Manager, Product Management

Anytown, IL: $182,500 - $208,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management; $149,800 - $171,000 for Manager, Product Management

Richmond, VA: $182,500 - $208,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management; $149,800 - $171,000 for Manager, Product Management
