About this roleWe’re looking for a strong operator to help scale and execute brand onboarding and inbound process for Fulfilled by the company (FbF). In this role, you’ll own the end-to-end brand onboarding process — from the moment brands join FbF through activation — and be accountable for the key performance indicators that drive brand success and program growth.

This role requires strong execution, sound business judgment, comfort operating in ambiguity, and the ability to solve complex problems through influence rather than authority.
As the program scales, you’ll partner closely with Product, Fulfillment, and CX teams to reduce onboarding time, streamline processes, and help define product roadmap priorities that remove friction and enable brands to activate faster. You’ll leverage data and operational insights to anticipate risks, identify qualitative issues early, and continuously improve onboarding workflows at scale.
