A growing independent wealth management firm is seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Client Services Associate to partner directly with the Founder and help drive day-to-day operations, client service, and key initiatives.
Responsibilities:- Act as a trusted right-hand partner to the Founder
- Manage priorities, projects, and follow-up items
- Support client communications, meeting preparation, and workflow management
- Assist with client service and operational processes
- Help improve processes and drive organizational efficiency
- 3-5+ years of experience in wealth management, private wealth, RIA, or financial advisory environments
- Background in client service, operations, or administrative/advisor support
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
- Ability to work independently in an entrepreneurial environment
- Preferred: RIA/or Fidelity experience
- Direct exposure to firm leadership
- High-impact role with significant visibility
