• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to define, document, and validate business and technical requirements—translating complex needs into clear, actionable direction that aligns with broader business goals.
• Own the creation and maintenance of key delivery artifacts, including solution design documents, process flows, data dictionaries, requirements traceability matrices, and user‑story backlogs.
• Decompose requirements into succinct, sprint‑ready user stories with well‑defined acceptance criteria, driving consistent and high‑quality solution delivery.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies—including sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and stand‑ups—and support cross‑functional teams in adhering to Agile and SDLC frameworks.
• Model and document current and future‑state business processes using industry‑standard techniques such as BPMN, swim‑lane diagrams, and workflow mapping.
• Leverage emerging automation and AI capabilities—including AI writing assistants, automated transcription, and workflow automation tools—to accelerate discovery documentation, user‑story generation, and cross‑team communication.
• Act as a liaison across business and technical delivery teams, ensuring alignment, shared understanding, and clear traceability from requirements through to delivered solutions.
• Support product ideation, discovery, and solution design through data profiling, rapid prototyping, and exploratory analysis.
• Proactively identify and elevate risks, resolve conflicts, and ensure timely, high‑quality delivery across one or more concurrent client engagements.
• Contribute to team development by supporting and mentoring junior analysts, sharing delivery knowledge, and helping to elevate practice standards across the team.

• 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or related consulting roles, with hands‑on exposure to Agile delivery models and the full SDLC.
• Proven ability to author and manage user stories and product backlogs, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and keep cross‑functional teams aligned and moving forward.
• Proficiency with delivery and collaboration tooling, including Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma, Lucidchart, or equivalent.
• Strong command of process‑modeling techniques such as BPMN, swim‑lane diagrams, and workflow mapping, with the ability to communicate both current and future‑state processes clearly.
• Experience with technical product decomposition, requirements traceability, and risk management in a consulting or client‑facing environment.
• Analytical fluency, including experience with data profiling, data storytelling, and working with BI tools.
