of $138,600 to $154,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).

The Manager, Policy Development supports the creation, editing, maintenance, and production of Constellation’s technical policy content. Working under the strategic direction of leadership, this role transforms approved policy positions, analytical findings, and subject matter expertise into high-quality written materials that support advocacy efforts, executive decision making, customer engagement, regulatory proceedings, and industry participation. The role serves as a technical policy content professional for Constellation, ensuring that approved positions are accurately, consistently, and effectively reflected across all policy communications and supporting materials.

The position maintains and leverages relationships with internal and external stakeholders across the business units in order to understand policy position impact on advocacy, generation, commercial positions and other actions driving value for the company’s operations and assets.

• Develop policy memos and other work products to explain proposed legislative or regulatory changes and their impact on Constellation.
• Develop talking points, FAQs, one-pagers, fact sheets, presentations, and supporting materials for internal and external audiences.
• Translate complex policy, legislative, regulatory, environmental, market, and commercial issues into clear, concise, and compelling content.
• Adapt approved policy positions for different audiences while maintaining consistency and technical accuracy.
• Maintain style guides, editorial standards, formatting requirements, and content templates. Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure content is accurate, consistent, and aligned with approved company positions.
