This isn’t a traditional Project Manager role.

And it isn’t a traditional Business Analyst role.

It’s a hybrid leadership position where you’ll help translate ambitious business ideas into structured, scalable, AI-first solutions.

You’ll work directly with executive leadership, developers, AI engineers, automation specialists, product designers, marketing, operations, and external stakeholders to bring complex initiatives to life.

USD $1,000–$1,500 per month, depending on experience, technical capability, AI proficiency, business analysis expertise, and overall alignment with the role.

Monthly KPI-based incentives with opportunities for additional compensation based on successful project delivery, operational improvements, technical leadership, innovation, and measurable business outcomes.
