Industry/Sector Health Services Specialism Operations Management  Level Manager Job  Description & Summary The Opportunity As a Grant Administration Consultant, Manager, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our clients within the Health Services sector to optimize their operations and achieve their strategic objectives. Within our Operations practice, you will leverage your expertise in operations consulting to deliver tailored solutions that address complex challenges and drive meaningful outcomes for our clients.

As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining high standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations.

With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. Responsibilities
- Leading operations consulting work streams within health services to drive business transformation initiatives
- Managing client support engagements and fostering stakeholder relationships to enhance service excellence
- Utilizing analytical thinking and business data analytics to optimize operations processes and strategies
- Implementing quality standards and process improvement methodologies to achieve operational excellence
- Conducting market research and strategic questioning to identify opportunities for business performance metrics enhancement
- Overseeing project resource management and planning operations to support change management efforts
- Coaching and mentoring teams to embrace change and develop intellectual curiosity and learning agility
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and teams to support operations management and strategy execution

What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience

Job Posting End Date The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
