Summary:

Reporting to the Director of Sales, the Sales & Market Intelligence Analyst plays a critical role in supporting Goldwind North America's commercial growth by providing market intelligence, business analysis, and sales enablement across the United States and Canada. Working closely with the Sales, Business Development and Marketing teams, this position is responsible for analyzing and presenting renewable energy market trends, customer demand, competitive activity, and industry developments to identify opportunities that strengthen Goldwind's market position and support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities/Duties:

Support North American business development and sales leadership by conducting market research, competitive analysis, and business intelligence activities to support strategic decision-making across North America.

Collect, analyze, and interpret market data related to the wind energy markets, customer segments, purchasing behaviors, project pipelines, competitor activities, pricing, technology, and emerging opportunities.

Monitor and assess competitor products, pricing strategies, project announcements, partnerships, and market positioning.

Research and evaluate federal, provincial/state, and regional energy policies, regulatory developments, incentive programs, and market reforms that affect Goldwind's business opportunities throughout North America.

Develop market forecasts and reports based on related market data, industry trends, energy policies, regulatory developments, procurement activities, and macroeconomic factors.

Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, strategic briefings, and presentations to support business planning, investment decisions, and corporate strategy.

Work closely with Sales, Business Development, and Marketing, and collaborate with other cross-functional teams to support customer pursuits, proposals, account planning, and strategic initiatives.

Maintain Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems by ensuring accurate sales pipeline data, customer information, market intelligence, and reporting metrics to improve sales effectiveness and business visibility.

Analyze pipeline stages, customer engagement, win/loss rates, forecast accuracy, and conversion metrics to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improved commercial performance.
