OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Strategic PMO Lead / Program Manager (Consultant) to support a large-scale client onboarding transformation initiative. This role will lead program governance, executive reporting, cross-functional coordination, risk management, and stakeholder alignment across multiple business functions.
Key Responsibilities- Drive program governance, planning, and executive reporting.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Operations, Compliance, Legal, Technology, and external partners.
- Manage program roadmaps, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Facilitate steering committees, working groups, and leadership updates.
- Develop executive presentations, dashboards, and status reports.
- Identify and resolve blockers to keep the transformation on track.
- Support change management and adoption of new processes and operating models.
- 7+ years of Program Management, PMO, or Business Transformation experience.
- Experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to drive accountability across multiple work streams.
- Experience managing governance, reporting, and program execution.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Financial Services, Banking, Wealth Management, or Asset Management experience.
- Client onboarding, operational transformation, or digital transformation experience.
- Change management and process improvement background.
