PositionWe are seeking a Civil Superintendent for various construction projects throughout the United States to join our team!
Daily Roles- Coordinating Workflow
- Quality Control
- Figuring job site qualities & tracking daily production
- Working directly with owners or contractors to ensure all soil stabilization performance standards are met
- Travel is required for this position and may be extensive
- Working on 3-5 different jobs per week
- Managing a crew of 6-10 people on projects ranging from small commercial to heavy highway
- The candidate should be able to read and understand plans and specifications associated with civil construction.
- Excellent communication skills and a willingness to listen and learn are required.
- The candidate must be able to demonstrate strength in leadership and computer skills.
- Superintendents are the face of Mt. Carmel in the field. The candidate must be capable of professionally representing the company in front of owners, customers, engineers, other contractors, employees, etc.
- The candidate must be willing to travel.
This is an hourly position.
