Join a nationally ranked general contractor with a robust pipeline of technical, large-scale builds throughout the Midwest. As a Senior Estimator based in Itasca, you’ll lead full-cycle preconstruction efforts for industrial, data center, and manufacturing projects—playing a pivotal role in shaping project strategy, pricing, and execution from day one.

This is a high-impact role for an experienced construction professional who brings both detail and strategy to the estimating table. You’ll collaborate closely with operations, executive leadership, and clients to win and build some of the region’s most complex facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead detailed cost estimating for ground-up industrial, warehouse, and mission-critical builds
• Review plans and specs to develop bid scopes, identify risk, and ensure accuracy in all pricing components
• Engage subcontractors for pricing, vet proposals, and lead bid leveling
• Support conceptual estimating and early budgeting on negotiated and design-build pursuits
• Collaborate with operations and preconstruction leadership to refine strategies and support project transitions

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in construction estimating, with a focus on industrial or MEP-intensive projects
• Proven success delivering full-cycle estimates from concept through GMP
• Expertise in takeoff and estimating software (OST, Bluebeam, Excel; DESTINI a plus)
• Strong understanding of current market conditions, trade pricing, and value engineering options
• Based in or open to commuting to Itasca, IL
