Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of multiple construction projects, from pre-construction through close-out.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and third-party vendors for seamless project execution.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, engineers, and inspectors, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Proactively monitor job progress and address issues to maintain timelines and budgets.
• Lead project meetings and effectively communicate updates to all stakeholders.
• Review and manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols, contract documents, and company standards.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to safety standards.
• Track and report project financials, including cost reports, change orders, billing, and forecasting.

Must-Have Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in civil construction project management, with expertise in wet utilities or grading.
• Strong understanding of construction plans, specifications, and contract documents.
• Knowledge of Arizona construction standards and regulations.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar preferred.
• Experience with project management software and tools.
• Familiarity with cost forecasting and financial reporting in construction projects.
• Established relationships with subcontractors and suppliers in the Phoenix area.
• Experience working in a hybrid work environment with occasional on-site responsibilities.
• Advanced certifications in project management or construction (e.g., PMP, CCM).
