Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Senior Estimator to join our preconstruction team.

The Role

As a Senior Estimator, you will play a key role in leading preconstruction and estimating efforts from conceptual budgeting through final bid submission. You will work closely with internal project teams, clients, and trade partners to deliver accurate, competitive, and well-structured estimates.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and lead estimates for commercial ground-up and renovation projects
• Develop conceptual budgets, hard bids, GMPs, and negotiated work
• Perform detailed quantity take-offs and cost analysis
• Solicit, review, and level subcontractor bids across all trades
• Participate in scope reviews, value engineering, and constructability discussions
• Collaborate with project managers and field teams during handoff and execution
• Support client meetings and preconstruction presentations

• 7+ years of experience as an Estimator with a General Contractor
• Strong background in commercial construction
  , including retail, restaurant, corporate interiors, education, and/or healthcare
• Experience with both ground-up and renovation projects
• Proficiency with estimating software and construction documents
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Salary: $125,000 – $155,000 (based on experience)
