Lead Superintendent – Multifamily Construction
Compensation:
Up to $180,000 Base Salary
Availability: ASAP Start
About the RoleA well-established general contractor specializing in ground-up residential and multifamily construction is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee a 4-story residential apartment project in the Dallas market. This role is ideal for a hands-on field leader with strong experience in low- to mid-rise residential construction who can take ownership of the jobsite from mobilization through final delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all on-site construction activities from start to finish
- Lead daily field operations, including subcontractor coordination and work sequencing
- Maintain project schedule, safety standards, and quality control
- Oversee inspections, site logistics, and material deliveries
- Coordinate closely with project management and ownership to meet milestones
- Ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and local building codes
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in residential or condominium construction
- Ground-up experience required, specifically low- to mid-rise (4-story preferred)
- Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills
- Experience with urban or tight-site construction environments a plus
- Ability to run a jobsite independently
- Competitive base salary up to $180K
