- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with teams and engage with clients
- Physical ability to perform outdoor and physical work in varying weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Previous experience in residential or urban landscaping
