The Superintendent III is the lead operations professional for large‑sized or multiple mid‑sized projects and is responsible for the direct supervision and coordination of all on‑site construction activities. Superintendent II oversees the work being performed, ensures adherence to the highest safety and quality standards, and manages schedule execution. A Senior Superintendent has the most contact with site personnel and serves as the company’s primary liaison to all the subcontractors and building staff, providing oversight of all site‑specific operations personnel.
