We're seeking an experienced Project Manager II to oversee interior renovations and tenant improvement projects valued between $1M and $20M+. In this critical role, you'll manage all phases of construction—from preconstruction planning through project closeout—while working in live, operational facilities. You'll collaborate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver exceptional results on schedule and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage interior construction and tenant improvement projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction
  • Oversee preconstruction activities including estimating, value engineering, scheduling, and subcontractor selection
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and trade partners to maintain project timelines and budgets
  • Monitor project financial performance, including cost control, budget tracking, and change order management
  • Serve as primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and building owners throughout the project lifecycle
  • Execute fast-track construction schedules while minimizing disruption in occupied, operational facilities
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and building codes
  • Mentor and develop junior project staff, assistant project managers, and project engineers
  • Lead project closeout procedures including punch lists, warranties, and final documentation
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to enhance project delivery
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience managing commercial interior construction, renovation, or tenant improvement projects
  • Demonstrated success delivering projects ranging from $1M to $20M+ on time and within budget
  • Proven track record managing construction in occupied buildings and live operational environments
  • Strong expertise in construction scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and value engineering
  • Excellent leadership abilities with experience mentoring junior project managers and construction staff
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients, architects, subcontractors, and stakeholders
  • Proficiency with construction management software, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred
  • Knowledge of building codes, OSHA safety regulations, and industry best practices
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting aggressive deadlines
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed
