Construction Project Manager

• Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, with full responsibility for schedule, budget, and quality.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and design partners while managing RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Lead site walks and OAC meetings to keep all stakeholders aligned on scope, cost, and timeline.
• Enforce safety and quality control standards while proactively resolving issues that could impact project progress.
• Track cost and schedule performance and prepare progress reports, forecasts, and updates for leadership and clients.

• 3–5+ years of construction project management experience, preferably in commercial or industrial projects.
• Strong working knowledge of budgets, schedules, contracts, and field coordination with general contractors and trades.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to lead teams and keep projects moving.
• Proficiency with construction management tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

• Compensation: $75,000–$120,000 base salary, plus bonus depending on experience.
