The Construction Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all construction site activities according to project blueprints and schedule plans. Duties include coordinating subcontractors, performing quality control and safety checks, and providing on‑site direction when preparing construction sites.
A qualified candidate will possess:
- 5+ years of Construction Superintendent experience
- Experience leading cross‑functional teams on‑site
- Proficiency with Procore
- OSHA 30‑Hour certification
- Technical literacy
- Motivated team player
