Job Details
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our multifamily construction projects. This is a permanent position, offering a unique opportunity to take charge of significant projects and make a meaningful impact on communities.
Responsibilities
Oversee the entire lifecycle of multifamily construction projects, from initial conception to final completion.Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction and building specialists.Manage the budget, timeline, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.Conduct regular site visits to monitor the project and make necessary adjustments.Ensure all work is carried out in line with safety regulations and quality standards.Resolve any issues or delays that may affect the timeline of the project.Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders to keep them informed about the project progress.Prepare and present project updates and progress reports to stakeholders.Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements.Qualifications
Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction and 2 years as a Project Manager who has run a ground‑up multifamily project.Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.Strong knowledge of construction processes, means and methods, safety regulations, and building codes.Proven track record of successfully managing large‑scale, multifamily construction projects from start to finish.Exceptional leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.Proficiency in project management software.Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.Benefits
