Salary: $85,000 – $105,000 per year.
Job DetailsAs an Assistant Project Manager, you will assist with the management and coordination of construction projects from start to finish. You will work closely with senior project managers and field staff to ensure that all project activities align with quality, safety, and budgetary requirements.
Responsibilities- Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities.
- Support senior project managers in maintaining project documentation.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring alignment with quality, safety, and budget goals.
- Identify potential issues and propose solutions.
- Collaborate with field staff and subcontractors to stay on schedule.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred).
- 1‑3 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably as a project assistant or coordinator.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, documentation, and terminology.
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project) and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proactive, problem‑solving mindset.
- Team player with strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations is a plus.
