A nationally recognized general contractor specializing in federal and healthcare construction, with a strong pipeline of VA hospital and medical facility projects across the U.S.

Job Description

• Lead onsite construction for VA and healthcare projects ($10M-$75M)
• Enforce strict safety and quality control standards (OSHA + federal compliance)
• Manage subcontractors, scheduling, and project sequencing
• Coordinate with Project Managers, owners, and inspectors
• Maintain detailed daily reporting and documentation

The Successful Applicant

• 5+ years as a Superintendent on healthcare or federal projects
• Experience with USACE, NAVFAC, or VA standards preferred
• OSHA 30 required
• Strong leadership and scheduling experience

• $140K-$165K base (above market) + 10-20% bonus
• $700-$1,000/week per diem + company-paid travel
