Salary Range: $85/hr to $90/hr on W2 Introduction
We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Project Manager to support turnover deliverables during the critical handover phase from construction to operations. This role is essential in ensuring all project documentation is complete, accurate, and delivered on time to enable a smooth transition to operations.
RequiredSkills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in MEP, project management, construction management, or document control (preferably in construction, facilities, or industrial environments).
- Familiarity with construction drawings, as-builts, submittals, and other project close-out deliverables.
- Experience with Bluebeam and P6 if they have the P6 experience.
- Experience in managing turnover schedules and aligning with overall project timelines.
- Experience in supporting handover meetings and facilitating knowledge transfer sessions between
- Excellent communication skills to effectively bridge construction and operations teams.
- Proficiency with Client programs, project management tools, and document management systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
- Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Skills & Qualifications

- Act as the primary liaison between the construction and operations teams during project turnover.
- Coordinate, collect, and verify turnover deliverables including as-built drawings, red-line markups, construction document sets, O&M manuals, and other close-out documentation.
- Maintain a clear tracking system for all turnover documentation to ensure timely delivery and accountability.
- Work with MSFT Stakeholders, contractors, designers, and internal teams to resolve gaps or discrepancies in deliverables.
- Ensure documentation meets company standards and requirements for operational readiness.
