As Commercial Roofing Foreman
, you will be the on-site leader responsible for directing crew operations, maintaining production flow, and upholding safety and quality standards across active job sites. This role is ideal for a hands-on field leader who thrives in a fast-paced commercial environment and is comfortable working across multiple regional projects when needed.
- Lead and supervise field crews across active commercial roofing job sites
- Manage daily production, scheduling, and manpower coordination on-site
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and OSHA standards
- Maintain quality control throughout all phases of project execution
- Communicate daily progress, challenges, and updates to project managers
- Coordinate labor, materials, and equipment to keep projects on schedule
- Support and mentor crew members to maintain high performance and accountability
- Travel across regional job sites as needed within the Ohio market
- 3+ years of experience as a Roofing Foreman in a commercial setting
- Proven ability to lead field crews and manage day-to-day job site execution
- Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems such as TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen, or metal roofing
- Solid understanding of production scheduling and manpower planning
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and job site safety compliance
- Strong communication skills with both field crews and project managers
- Willingness to travel across regional projects within Ohio when needed
- Valid driver's license required
