Job Details:
This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects, ranging from luxury high-rises to affordable housing units.

Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the successful execution of these projects, from initiation to completion. This position is permanent, offering you the opportunity to grow and develop within our organization and the broader construction industry.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific construction projects from start to finish.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including the schedule, budget, and resources needed to meet project objectives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related issues and resolution of these issues.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure project goals are met.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and meet quality standards.
  • Prepare and present project updates and progress reports to stakeholders.
  • Foster relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project operations.
  • Adhere to all industry standards, regulations, and legal requirements while managing projects.
  • Contribute to risk management, including identification, analysis, and mitigation of potential project risks.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in the construction industry, specifically in multifamily housing projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, means and methods, materials, and quality standards.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively convey project expectations to team members and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in project management software and standard office software (MS Office, Excel).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • PMP or equivalent Project Management certification is a plus.
