Project Executive - Multifamily Construction

Salary
: $190k to $225k and up base salary + profit-based bonus + monthly car allowance

• Provide executive-level oversight for large-scale or multiple construction projects simultaneously.
• Lead project teams through all phases of development, including preconstruction, budgeting, procurement, construction, and closeout.
• Serve as a key point of contact for clients, owners, architects, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project performance related to schedule, quality, safety, profitability, and client satisfaction.
• Support Project Managers with problem solving, risk management, and operational challenges.
• Review and oversee owner billing, project reporting, and financial performance.
• Attend key project meetings and provide leadership support as needed.
• Help recruit, mentor, develop, and retain project management talent.
• Foster a collaborative, team-oriented culture focused on accountability and results.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with owners, developers, architects, and industry partners.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive construction management experience.
• Proven experience managing ground-up multifamily projects.
• Woodframe/stick-frame multifamily experience is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership experience overseeing Project Managers and project teams.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and client-facing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail and financial performance.
• Track record of delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget.
