Junior Estimator | Multifamily Developer with In-House Construction
This job is hosted by Jobot. Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year. This role provides exposure to both development and construction sides of the business within a fast-growing, vertically integrated real estate developer with an in-house construction division delivering multifamily and mixed-use projects.

Responsibilities- Assist in preparing conceptual and detailed project estimates for multifamily developments
- Perform quantity takeoffs and pricing using plans, specs, and early design documents
- Support bid solicitation and leveling with subcontractors and suppliers
- Analyze project costs, budgets, and value engineering opportunities
- Collaborate with development, preconstruction, and operations teams
- Help maintain historical cost data and estimating databases
- Participate in project handoff meetings to operations teams
- 1–5 years of experience in estimating, construction, or project engineering
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong interest in multifamily or residential development
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Excel; exposure to estimating software is a plus
- Team player with strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
