Job DescriptionThis Seattle‑headquartered General Contractor specializes in design‑build, working extensively in higher‑education, financial and retail sectors on projects nationwide. They are expanding and looking for a Project Engineer or Senior Project Engineer based in Chicago to support education projects in pre‑construction and under construction.
Responsibilities- Assist project managers with RFIs, submittals, change orders, and documentation of project progress.
- Support pre‑construction planning and coordination.
- Manage under‑construction tasks and ensure project milestones are met.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in construction project engineering.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
- Strong knowledge of RFIs, submittals, change orders, and construction documentation.
