Qualifications- Bachelor’s in Construction Management or equivalent field experience
- 8+ years managing commercial construction projects in the field
- Proven experience supervising commercial construction projects, with strong MEP knowledge
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Experience in healthcare/pharma, higher education, or K-12 projects preferred
- Ability to manage budgets, labor schedules, and project progress efficiently
- Willingness to travel within Illinois, Indiana, and surrounding states as required
