IOC Construction is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Roofing Estimator to help lead our roofing estimating operations across commercial, multifamily, and healthcare construction projects.

What You'll Do- Develop detailed cost estimates for commercial roofing projects
- Analyze plans, specifications, and project requirements
- Perform quantity takeoffs and pricing analysis
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing
- Prepare complete bid packages and client proposals
- Partner with project management teams to support successful project execution
- Monitor market trends, material pricing, and industry developments
- Mentor junior estimators and contribute to estimating best practices
- 6+ years of roofing estimating experience
- Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems and materials
- Experience estimating flat and steep-slope roofing projects
- Proficiency with Eagle View, Hover, Xactimate, or similar estimating platforms
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
