Landscape Estimator

Our client a large full-service landscape provider offering design, construction and maintenance programs to residential, commercial, and government clients throughout Chicago.

Seeking a talented person as a Landscape Estimator
. This person will be responsible for a variety of duties focusing around bidding and proposal generation for Landscape Construction Projects.

Areas of focus will include:

• document review
• specification reading
• plan take-offs
• estimating
• purchasing
• subcontractor relations
• composing emails and correspondence
• field site visits
• spreadsheet and database work
• review and corrections

Associate Degree

5+ yrs of experience as Landscape Estimator

3+ Bidding, RFP, RFI and proposal writing

Estimating software, MS Excel

Customer centered and focused;

Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills

A go-getter and will do what it takes to get the job done right the first time

Team player
