Project Manager, Regulatory Compliance Specialist, Construction Manager​/ Foreman

We are seeking an experienced and driven Construction Project Manager to lead the delivery of high-value projects across the Food & Beverage and Data Centre sectors. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing, top-ranked ENR (Engineering News-Record) company delivering complex, technically demanding builds.

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from initial planning through to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will manage multidisciplinary teams, liaise with clients and stakeholders, and ensure full compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

• Lead end-to-end project delivery across F&B and/or data centers construction projects
• Manage budgets, schedules, and project resources effectively
• Coordinate contractors, consultants, and internal teams
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and industry regulations
• Monitor project progress and provide regular reporting to stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle

• Proven experience in construction project management (data centers and/or food & beverage facilities preferred)
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and complex build environments
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Relevant degree or professional qualification (e.g., Construction Management, Engineering)
• Project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) is advantageous
